摘要
四川建筑职业技术学院在进行高职人才培养时,始终坚持以学生为中心,以成果为目标导向,形成了独特的“ACEM”人才培养模式,并在建筑工程技术专业群推广应用。实践结果表明,该模式根据需求侧的变化及时调整人才培养方案,搭建混编教师团队,实现校企“双主体”育人,育人效果显著,学生综合素质和教师素养均有明显提升;校企合作进一步深入,校企双方实现互利共赢。
When cultivating higher vocational talents,Sichuan College of Architectural Technology always adheres to being student-centered and goal-oriented,and has formed a unique“ACEM”talent training model,which is popularized and applied in the professional group of architectural engineering technology.The practical results show that the model adjusts the talent training plan in a timely manner according to the changes in the demand side,builds a mixed teacher team,realizes the school-enterprise dual-primary sports talents,and has a remarkable effect of educating people,the comprehensive quality of students and teachers'quality have been significantly improved,the school-enterprise cooperation has been further deepened,and both schools and enterprises have achieved mutual benefit and win-win results.
