摘要
支气管扩张伴咯血是一种临床常见病,严重影响患者的生活质量。因此,积极干预支气管扩张伴咯血有利于改善患者预后。陈韫炜认为支气管扩张伴咯血以火热伤肺所致为主,与痰、瘀密切相关,常用清热肃肺、化痰祛瘀法治疗,效果显著。
Bronchiectasis with hemoptysis is a common disease in clinic.It can seriously affect the quality of patients life.Therefore,Active intervention of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis is beneficial to improve the prognosis of patients.From the point of CHEN Yun-wei,bronchiectasis with hemoptysis is mainly caused by fire-heat injuring to the lung,which is closely related to phlegm and blood stasis.Thus,clearing away heat and eliminating lung and resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis are often used for treatment of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis and its effect is remarkable.
