多层螺旋CT、三维重建影像应用于胫骨平台骨折诊断价值分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT、三维重建影像应用于胫骨平台骨折诊断价值.方法:选取2017年7月~2019年6月在本院治疗的78例胫骨平台骨折患者.所有患者术前均拍摄数字X射线摄影(DR)平片,并经过CT扫描.对骨折进行评价,并由两名放射科医生阅片,意见不统一时,应进行协商.结果:DR对Ⅰ~Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折诊断准确率为78.21%,多层螺旋C T的诊断准确率为93.59%,差异明显(P<0.05).DR诊断腓骨小头骨折准确率为66.67%,诊断髁间隆突骨折准确率为71.43%;多层螺旋CT诊断腓骨小头骨折准确率为95.24%,诊断髁间隆突骨折的准确率为96.43%,差异明显(P<0.05).结论:多层螺旋CT诊断胫骨平台骨折分型的准确率较高,同时具有高敏感度、扫描速度快、放射损伤小等显著优势. Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction imaging in tibial plateau fracture.Methods:From July 2017 to June 2019,78 patients with tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital were selected.All patients underwent digital radiography(DR)plain radiography before operation,and were scanned by CT.The fractures are evaluated and reviewed by two radiologists.Consultation should be conducted if opinions are not uniform.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of DR for tibial plateau fractures of typeⅠ~Ⅵwas 78.21%,and the diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT was 93.59%,with a significant difference(P<0.05).DR diagnosis of fibula small head fracture accuracy rate is 66.67%,diagnosis of intercondylar eminence fracture accuracy is 71.43%;multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis of fibula small head fracture accuracy is 95.24%,diagnosis of intercondylar eruption fracture accuracy is 96.43%,The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of tibial plateau fracture classification,and it has significant advantages such as high sensitivity,fast scanning speed,and small radiation damage.
