摘要
通过收集整理分析相关数据信息,从地理标志产品的登记数量、各省市地区分布、品种种类分布和发展速度等几个方面,从整体上对我国地理标志保护的基本情况做了概况和总结,得出我国地理标志产品保护发展的现状和趋势。并在此基础上针对地理标志保护过程中存在的问题,从完善法律法规、理顺各部门管理职责、发挥行业协会作用、完善信息化建设和品牌建设等方面进一步阐述如何发展和完善我国地理标志保护工作。
On the basis of collecting,sorting and analyzing relevant data information,this paper summarized the basic situation of the protection of geographical indications in China from several aspects,such as the registration number of geographical indication products,the distribution of provinces,cities and regions,the distribution of varieties and the development speed,and obtains the current situation and trend of the protection and development of geographical indication products in China.On this basis,aiming at the problems existing in the process of geographical indication protection,this paper further expounds how to develop and perfect the protection of geographical indications in China from the aspects of perfecting laws and regulations,rationalizing the management responsibilities of various departments,giving full play to the role of trade associations,perfecting the informatization construction and brand construction,etc.
