摘要
机械采油系统是现阶段我油田应用较为广泛的采用工艺之一,伴随我国石油产业进入开采末期,石油开采成本逐渐提高,石油企业为了满足自身可持续平稳发展的实际需求,需要全面降低生产成本,而采油设备的能源消耗是重要的成本点之一,课题基于常见的机械式采油系统能耗问题展开研究,在阐述现阶段采油设备中存在的耗能问题后,提出对应的优化策略。
Mechanical oil extraction system is one of the more widely used technologies in our oil field at this stage.As China's petroleum industry enters the end of extraction,the cost of oil extraction is gradually increasing.In order to meet the actual needs of sustainable and stable development,oil companies need to fully reduce Production cost,and energy consumption of oil extraction equipment is one of the important cost points.The subject is based on the energy consumption of common mechanical oil extraction systems.After explaining the energy consumption problems of oil extraction equipment at the current stage,the corresponding optimization strategy is proposed..
