摘要
为了减少低合金钢Q345E铸坯角部横裂纹,鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂从优化钢水合金成分和优化LF-连铸工艺操作两方面采取措施后,低合金钢Q345E铸坯角部横裂纹率从45.5%降至31.8%,横裂纹尺寸从5~15 mm降至3~8 mm,铸坯质量得到改善。
In order to reduce the transverse corner cracks of Q345E low-alloy steel slab,by taking measures such as optimizing the alloy compositions in molten steel and optimizing the operations of LF process and continuous casting process in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,the percent of the transverse corner cracks of the Q345E low-alloy steel slabs was reduced to 31.8% from 45.5% and the sizes of the transverse corner cracks were reduced to the range between 3 mm to 8 mm from the range between 5 mm to 15 mm and thus the slab quality was improved.
