摘要
硅钢铸坯内部的等轴晶比率直接影响冷轧板的板形质量,连铸二冷区辊式电磁搅拌装置是提高铸坯等轴晶比率的有效冶金装备。对鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂二冷区辊式电磁搅拌装置的安装方式和工艺参数进行了研究,确定了合理的设备安装方式和最佳工艺参数。生产实践表明,二冷区应用辊式电磁搅拌装置后,硅钢铸坯等轴晶比率提高了30%左右,高牌号硅钢铸坯等轴晶比率可以达到55%以上。
The equiaxed crystal rate inside a casting blank produced by silicon steel directly influences the flatness quality of a cold rolled steel sheet. However, the roll type electromagnetic stirring device at the secondary cooling zone of a continuous caster is the effective metallurgical equipment for improving the equiaxed crystal rate. So the installation mode and technological parameters in terms of the roll type electromagnetic stirring device in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. were studied and then the suitable installation mode and the optimum technological parameters were determined. The production practice demonstrated that the equiaxed crystal rate of the silicon steel casting blanks was improved by about 30%, while some high grade casting blanks could even reach to more than 55% after the roll type electromagnetic stirring device was applied at the secondary cooling zone of the continuous caster.
