摘要
对外直接投资通过投资动因、投资区位选择和产业关联效应,影响比较优势的动态变迁、产业结构和贸易结构的转型升级,促进贸易高质量发展。改革开放以来,我国对外直接投资规模和质量显著提升,但仍存在投资总量偏小且波动较大,投资行业布局不尽合理,投资的国内区域发展不平衡,投资的国际风险加大等问题。应充分利用对外直接投资的技术进步效应,大力发展民营企业对外贸易与对外直接投资,培育和建设一批世界领先的跨国公司与全球公司,进一步强化我国对外直接投资与对外贸易发展的协调和共振效应,推动贸易高质量发展。
OFDI affects the changes of dynamic comparative advantage,the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and trade structure,and promotes the high-quality development of trade through investment incentives and investment location choices.Since the reform and opening up,the scale and quality of China’s OFDI has improved significantly,but there are still problems such as small total investment and large fluctuations,unreasonable investment industry layout,unbalanced development of domestic investment regions,and increased international risks of investment.We should make full use of the technological progress effect of foreign direct investment,vigorously develop foreign trade and foreign direct investment of private enterprises,cultivate and build a group of world-leading multinational companies and global companies,and further strengthen the coordination and resonance of China's OFDI and foreign trade development.
