摘要
医养结合机构是老年人长期集中生活的场所。根据新型冠状病毒肺炎的疫情防控要求,针对医养结合机构的服务对象和工作特点,从组织领导、员工管理与培训、老年人防控、心理支持、后勤保障等方面制定了医养结合机构疫情防控应对策略,对实际工作进行指导。
Nursing homes are where the elderly live together for a long time.To respond to the demands incurred for the control and prevention of the current epidemic and to provide guidance for the practices,strategies have been formulated in the aspects of organization leadership,staff management and training,prevention and control among the elderly,psychological support,and logistic support in the light of the population served and the characteristics of actual work at the nursing homes.
