摘要
近年来,随着物质生活水平的提高,人们对日常饮食的关注热度逐年升温,饮食理念也由过去的“温饱型”逐步向“营养型”过渡,膳食结构也发生了根本性转变。尤其在进入21世纪以后,中西饮食文化的进一步融合,使得西餐调味技术对传统的中菜烹饪技法产生了深远影响。因此,本文围绕西餐调味技术对中菜烹饪的影响及实际应用效果展开论述。
In recent years,with the improvement of material living standard,people pay more and more attention to the daily diet.The concept of diet has gradually changed from the past“food and clothing type”to“nutrition type”,and the dietary structure has also changed fundamentally.Especially in the 21st century,with the further integration of Chinese and Western food culture,the seasoning technology of Western food has a profound impact on traditional Chinese cooking techniques.Therefore,this paper discussed the influence of seasoning technology of Western food on Chinese cuisine and its practical application effect.
