摘要
[目的]了解脑卒中病人的护理依赖现状及其影响因素。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、简易智能精神状态检查量表、微营养评定法简表及护理依赖量表对神经内科299例脑卒中住院病人进行调查。[结果]本研究共调查男性病人169例,女性病人130例;病人年龄32~85(65.72±13.96)岁。研究对象护理依赖得分为(58.76±7.31)分,护理依赖发生率为75.6%。年龄、是否共存其他慢性病、有无肢体功能障碍、焦虑状态、抑郁状态、是否存在认知功能障碍等是影响脑卒中病人护理依赖的主要因素。[结论]脑卒中病人护理依赖发生率较高,年龄较大、共存其他慢性病、有肢体功能障碍、焦虑、抑郁、存在认知功能障碍的病人护理依赖更严重,临床护理人员应给予更多关注。
Objective:To understand the status quo and influencing factors of nursing dependence of stroke patients.Methods:The general data questionnaire,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale,the Self-rating Depression Scale,the Simple Intelligent Mental Status Check Scale,the Micro-Nutrition Evaluation Method Summary Table and the Nursing Care Dependency Scale were used to perform survey in 299 inpatients with stroke.Results:A total of 169 male patients and 130 female patients were investigated in this study.The patients were 32-85(65.72±13.96)years old.The score of the Nursing Care Dependency Scale was(58.76±7.31),and the incidence of nursing dependency was 76.6%.Age,coexistence of other chronic diseases,the presence or absence of limb dysfunction,anxiety,depression,and the presence or absence of cognitive dysfunction are the main factors that affected the nursing dependency of stroke patients.Conclusions:Patients with stroke have a higher incidence of nursing dependency,they were older,with coexistence of other chronic diseases,limb dysfunction,anxiety and depression.The patients with cognitive dysfunction had more nursing dependency,and clinical nursing staff should pay more attention to it.
