摘要
数字化车间是发电设备制造企业提升产品质量,提高生产效率,实现智能制造的主要方向。基于精益思想,提出了发电设备功能零件数字化车间架构模型,展开了工艺流程优化、物流仿真优化、信息集成等设计方案的研究,并应用于数字化车间建设实践,可为相关行业的智能制造推广提供参考。
Digital workshop is the main direction for power generation equipment manufacturing enterprises to improve product quality,production efficiency and realize intelligent manufacturing.Based on lean thinking,a digital workshop architecture model for functional parts of power generation equipment was proposed,and the design scheme of process optimization,logistics simulation optimization and information integration were studied.The research results have been applied to the practice of digital workshop construction,and can provide referenee for the promotion of intelligent manufacturing in related industries.
