摘要
布局仿真技术作为数字化工厂的重要应用模块,可以在三维交互式环境下进行工厂工艺布局,有效指导工厂规划和现场调整。数字化建模仿真技术主要基于Creator软件,通过一系列的模型处理技巧,利用漫游仿真平台进行集中展示。结合项目经验,论述了数字化工厂技术的体系结构及功能模块,重点讨论了布局仿真技术的实施过程、实施效益和发展方向。
Layout simulation technology is an important application module of the digital factory.It allows for factory process layout in three-dimensional interactive environment,and can be used to efficiently guide factory planning and on-site adjustment.This digital modeling simulation technology is based on the Creator software.With a series of modeling processing techniques,roaming simulation platform is used to for display.Combined with project experience,this paper discusses digital factory＇s construction and function modules.Emphasis is also given to the implementation process,implementation benefit and developmental direction of layout simulation technology.
