焊缝错位对X80钢管应力分布影响的数值预测 被引量:2

摘要 利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了二维有限元模型.通过对三种不同焊缝错位试件(TS1、TS2和 TS3)对接焊缝的分析,研究在正常工作条件以及静水压试验条件下焊接错对X80钢管应力分布的影响.分析结果发现,在水压试验条件下,环形焊接接头的应力集中程度远比正常情况下严重.在正常工作条件和静水压试验条件下,TS1试件最大应力集中区位于设计系数为0.8的管道侧的焊根处,TS2试件则位于设计系数为0.72的管道侧的焊趾处.TS3试样在静水压试验中,周向应力(σz)的峰值不在焊缝表面而是位于焊缝根部以下.计算结果可为 X80管道的改进施工提供理论依据. A two-dimensional finite element model was established using the finite element software ANSYS.Through the analysis of the butt welds of three different weld misalignment specimens(TS1,TS2 and TS3),the influence of welding misalignment on the stress distribution of X80 steel pipe under normal working conditions and hydrostatic pressure test conditions was studied.The analysis found that under the hydrostatic test conditions,the stress concentration of the annular welded joint is much more serious than normal.Under normal working conditions and hydrostatic test conditions,the maximum stress concentration zone of the TS1 specimen is located at the weld root of the pipe side with a design factor of 0.8,and the TS2 test piece is located at the weld toe of the pipe side with a design factor of 0.72.In the hydrostatic test of TS3 specimen,the peak of circumferential stress(σz)is not at the surface of the weld but below the root of the weld.The calculation results can provide a theoretical basis for the improved construction of the X80 pipeline.
