摘要
对管道脉冲MAG焊单面焊双面成型工艺进行了系统的研究。通过大量试验得出了不同管径和壁厚的管道在对接焊时,焊缝背面余高与焊接工艺参数之间的关系,建立了背面余高的数学模型,并给出了计算焊缝背面余高的经验公式,为科学、合理地选择焊接参数提供了依据。
The process of pulse MAG welding for steel pipe which the weld is run on single side with bead forming on both sides is studied systematically. The relationship between back reinforcement and procedure parameter is well determined for butt welds of different diameters and thicknesses of pipe through quite a number of experiments. A mathematical model of back reinforcement is established and an empirical equation to calculate the back crown height is given. The results provide a reasonable basis to select the procedure parameter reliably.
