摘要
为了研究热辊压片对电池性能的影响,对单晶结构的LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2(以下简称三元)正极片使用不同温度辊压,100℃时厚度均匀性最佳。将100℃与25℃辊压所得极片做成扣式电池,对比测试电化学性能。结果显示100℃压片时电池倍率、循环较好,原因是热辊压片使得极片柔性增强,三元单晶颗粒和CNTs长链破坏较少,保持了较好的导电能力,同时高温使得聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)分子链交融更充分,显著提高黏接强度。
In order to study effect of hot roller presser on the performance of lithium-ion battery,the cathode film of single crystal LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2 is pressed by different temperature roller,the thickness uniformity of 100℃is best.The button cells is made by two types of cathode film with two roller temperature of 100℃and 25℃,comparative test of electrochemical performance.The results show that the cell rate and cycle are better when pressing at 100℃.The reason is that hot roller presser enhances the flexibility of the cathode film,with less damage of the single crystal particles and CNTs chains,better electrical conductivity is maintained.Meanwhile hot roller presser enhance the molecule chains of PVDF in their twining around each other and increase the strength of their adhesion significantly.
