摘要 锂离子电池正极材料一般电导率不良,在电池制作中需添加导电剂来改善正极导电性。以镍钴锰酸锂材料为对比样,研究了三种典型的锂离子电池用导电剂对富锂锰基材料电化学性能的影响。利用场发射扫描电子显微镜、比表面积测试仪对材料形貌、比表面积进行分析,并组装成扣式电池对材料电化学性能进行表征。结果表明,在4.3~4.8 V(vs.Li/Li^+),三种导电剂同电解液发生强度不同的副反应,并对富锂锰基材料相关电化学性能造成不同程度的负面影响。对影响机理进行分析,并提出一种简易方法,可有效降低副反应的负面影响,同时显著提高材料可逆放电比容量。 Conductive additives are often used during the preparation of battery electrodes to improve cathode electronic conductivity,as cathode materials have poor eletronic conductors.The paper investigated the effect of three typical conductive additives on electrochemical property of Li-rich Mn-based cathode materials.The morphology of materials were observed by scanning,the specific surface area was determined by BET measurement,and the electrochemical performance was performed using coin cells assembled in an argon-filled glovebox.The tests show that at 4.3~4.8 V(vs.Li/Li^+),parasitic treaction occur between three types of conductive additives and electrolyte,which have different degrees of negative effect on performance of Li-rich Mn-based materials.The influence mechanism was discussed,and a method of mixing different conductive additives was proposed to reduce the negative effects and increase reversible discharge capacity of cathode.
