摘要
在埕海油田针对油气构建生产应急的管理体系作用下,分析高效运转应急救援系统以及上下联动性的应急管理系统,进而实现应急救援响应速度提高的目的,制定一个具有经济性和合理性的救援资源,促进安全事故处理能力提高。在本文中,主要对埕海油田油气生产应急管理系统建设进行分析。
Based on the construction of a production emergency management system for oil and gas in Chenghai Oilfield,it analyzes the efficient operation of the emergency rescue system and the emergency management system that is linked up and down to achieve the purpose of increasing the emergency rescue response speed,and make a economical and reasonable rescue resource to promote the improvement of security incident handling capabilities.In this paper,we mainly analyze the construction of oil and gas production emergency management system in Chenghai Oilfield.
