摘要
目的:探究在社区医院老年住院患者预防误吸中应用FOCUS-PDCA管理方法的效果。方法:选取社区医院住院老年病、慢性病及多病共存患者763例,其中2018年5-8月386例住院患者作为对照组,2018年9-12月377例住院患者作为观察组。对照组执行预防误吸常规护理和康复训练方法;观察组在常规护理和康复训练基础上实施FOCUS-PDCA管理方法。比较两组患者吞咽功能。结果:观察组患者吞咽功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在社区医院老年住院患者预防误吸中应用FOCUS-PDCA管理方法,有助于提升疾病护理效果,优化患者吞咽功能。
Objective:To explore the application effect of FOCUS-PDCA in the management of prevention of aspiration of elderly inpatients in community hospital.Methods:763 elderly,chronic and multi disease patients in community hospitals were selected,386 of them were taken as the control group from May to August 2018,and 377 of them were taken as the observation group from September to December 2018.The control group received routine nursing and rehabilitation training methods for prevention of aspiration;the observation group received FOCUS-PDCA management method on the basis of routine nursing and rehabilitation training.We compared the swallowing function of the two groups.Results:The swallowing function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of FOCUS-PDCA in the management of prevention of aspiration of elderly inpatients in community hospital is helpful to improve the effect of disease care and optimize the swallowing function of patients.
