摘要
新冠肺炎疫情对中国葡萄酒行业带来巨大冲击,葡萄酒行业面临着延迟复工、人员短缺、成本提升、供应链波动、消费需求下滑等诸多困境。文章针对葡萄酒行业特点,从供给侧和需求端层面,分析新冠肺炎疫情对中国葡萄酒行业的影响,提出新冠肺炎疫情下政府部门应该帮助葡萄酒行业在近期尽快恢复正常生产秩序、中期扶持度过疫情冲击后的困难时期、长期要积极促进葡萄酒产业升级的政策建议。文章从六个方面对疫情前后中国葡萄酒行业积极开展自救提出了应对策略,即一是加强管理,夯实葡萄酒企业发展基础力;二是提升质量,夯实葡萄酒企业核心竞争力;三是塑造品牌,夯实葡萄酒企业营销价值力;四是重视科技,夯实葡萄酒企业的硬核实力;五是推动融合,夯实葡萄酒企业渠道组织力;六是强化教育,夯实葡萄酒企业传播文化力。
The COVID-19 epidemic has a great impact on the Chinese wine industry,wine industry is faced with many difficulties,such as delayed return to work,shortage of personnel,cost improvement,supply chain fluctuation,consumption demand decline,etc.According to the characteristics of wine industry,from the supply side and demand side,this paper analyzed the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic on Chinese wine industry,and suggest that under the condition of the COVID-19 epidemic,government should help wine industry to restore normal production order as soon as possible in the near future,support wine industry through the difficult period after the impact of the epidemic in the medium term,and actively promote the upgrading of wine industry in the long term.The author put forward six strategies for Chinese wine industry to actively carry out self rescue before and after the epidemic.The first was to strengthen management and consolidate the development foundation of wine enterprises;the second was to improve the quality and strengthen the core competitiveness of wine enterprises;the third was to build brand and strengthen the marketing value of wine enterprises;the fourth was to attach importance to science and technology and consolidate the hard core strength of wine enterprises;the fifth was to promote integration and strengthen the channel organization of wine enterprises;sixth,intensify education and strengthen the cultural transmission of wine enterprises.
