摘要
目的:探讨失效模式与效应分析在急诊护士职业暴露风险管理中的应用效果。方法:针对急诊科护士职业暴露问题成立失效模式与效应分析小组,应用失效模式和效应分析法对中山市中医院急诊科护士2017年全年发生职业暴露的高危因素进行回顾性分析,根据风险指数值由高到低确定高危失效模式并制定改进措施和实施方案,于2018年1-12月实施改进后方案,对比方案实施前后护士发生职业暴露失效模式风险指数值、职业暴露发生例数及护士对《医院安全氛围量表》评分情况。结果:与实施干预方案前比较,实施干预方案后,失效模式风险指数和科室护士职业暴露发生率降低,医院安全氛围评分上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:失效模式和效应分析应用于急诊护士职业暴露风险管理中,可减少职业暴露发生,降低护士职业伤害,提高医院安全氛围。
Objective: To explore the application effect of failure model and effect analysis in the occupational exposure risk management of emergency nurses. Method: A failure model and effect analysis group was set up for the problem of occupational exposure of nurses in emergency department, and the factors of high risk of occupational exposure of nurses in emergency department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Zhongshan were retrospectively analyzed by using the failure model and effect analysis method. According to the high to low risk index values, the high-risk failure model was be determined, and improved measures and implementation plans will be formulated. The improved plan was be implemented from January to December 2018. The risk index values of occupational exposure failure model, the number of cases of occupational exposure and the nurses’ rating of hospital safety atmosphere scale were compared before and after the scheme was implemented. Result: Compared to before the implementation of the intervention program, the risk index of failure mode and the rate of occupational exposure of nurses decreased after the intervention scheme, and the score of "safety atmosphere scale in hospital" increased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Failure model and effect analysis can reduce occupational exposure, reduce occupational injury and improve the safety atmosphere of the hospital.
