摘要
[目的]探讨失效模式与效应分析在急诊输液室用药管理的应用效果。[方法]运用失效模式和效应分析法对急诊输液室用药流程中的高危因素进行分析,列出可能的失效模式,制定改进措施和行动方案,计算干预前后失效模式优先风险数,并调查干预前后护士、病人对输液室用药的满意度。[结果]干预后失效模式优先风险数降低,病人以及护士输液用药满意度上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]失效模式和效应分析用于改进急诊输液室用药流程,可促进输液用药安全,提高病人和护士满意度。
Objective：To probe into the application effect of failure mode and effect analysis（FMEA）for medication management in emergency infusion room.Methods：The risk factors in the process of medication in emergency infusion room were analyzed by failure mode and effect analysis method,then to list the possible failure model,formulate improvement measures and action plan,calculate the priority risk number of failure mode before and after the intervention,and investigate the nurses and patients＇ satisfaction tomedication in infusion room before and after the intervention.Results：After the intervention,the priority risk number of failure mode was reduced,the nurses and patients＇ satisfaction to infusion medication was increased,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：FMEA could promote the infusion medication safety and improve the satisfaction of patients and nurses when it was used to improve the medication process in emergency infusion room.
