摘要
目的:探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗早期胃肠恶性肿瘤的临床效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年2月本院收治的早期胃肠恶性肿瘤患者110例为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组给予内镜黏膜切除术,观察组给予内镜黏膜下剥离术。比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生情况、手术相关指标。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出血、穿孔、感染发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、住院时间、出血量、手术费用均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内镜黏膜下剥离术应用于早期胃肠恶性肿瘤患者的临床疗效较好,可降低并发症发生率,减轻患者在经济以及时间上的压力,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of early gastrointestinal malignant tumors.Method:From February 2017 to February 2019,110 patients with early gastrointestinal malignant tumors were selected as the study object.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.The control group was given endoscopic mucosal resection,and the observation group was given endoscopic submucosal dissection.The clinical effect,complications and operation related indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of bleeding,perforation and infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The operation time,hospitalization time,bleeding volume and operation cost of the observation group were less than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic submucosal dissection for early gastrointestinal malignant tumors patients has a good clinical effect,can reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the economic and time pressure of patients,it is worth popularizing.
