摘要
可再生能源和负荷波动对冷热电联供型(CCHP)微网的运行状态有重要影响,为了提高微网应对功率波动的能力,针对冷热电联供型微网的调度灵活性展开研究。首先,在日前调度中,考虑到冷热电供需互补和负荷之间多能互补特性,通过调用供能侧和需求侧多种灵活资源,构建灵活性供需平衡,从能量允许波动率的角度提出冷/热/电灵活性指标以及系统整体灵活性评价指标。其次构建了日运行成本最低和灵活性最高的多目标优化调度模型。最后通过算例分析证明所提优化调度模型可以满足系统多能供需平衡,冷热电联供型微网的经济性和灵活性得以提升。
Renewable energy and load fluctuations have an important impact on the operating status of combined cooling heating and power(CCHP)microgrid.In order to improve the ability of the microgrid to cope with power fluctuations,this paper makes a study on the scheduling flexibility of the CCHP microgrid.Firstly,in the day-ahead scheduling,considering the characteristics of supplydemand complementarity and multi-energy complementarity,the flexible supply and demand balance is established by calling the flexible resources on the energy supply side and the demand side,and the flexibility indices of multi-energy and the CCHP system is proposed from the perspective of energy allowable fluctuation rate.Then a multi-objective optimal scheduling model with the lowest daily operating cost and maximum flexibility is established.Finally,the example analysis proves that the proposed scheduling model can satisfy the system supply-demand balance,improving the economy and flexibility of the CCHP microgrid.
