摘要
目的探究肿瘤内科"四生"培训的策略及其效果,为"四生"培训工作的开展提供参考依据。方法采用考核评分和调查评估的方法,分析本院肿瘤内科个性化"四生"培训工作开展前后的理论和实践考核成绩,调查"四生"对培训模式的认可情况。结果个性化"四生"培训工作开展后,理论和实践考核成绩均高于培训后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。个性化"四生"培训工作开展后,"四生"各自评情况均优于开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤内科个性化"四生"培训的开展,对"四生"综合素质的提升和医疗工作的开展均有重要意义。
Objective To explore the strategy and effect of"four students"training in oncology department,and to provide reference for the development of"four students"training.Methods By means of assessment score and investigation evaluation,this paper analyzed the theoretical and practical assessment results of the individualized"four students"training in the department of oncology of our hospital before and after the implementation of the training,and investigated the recognition of the"four students"on the training mode.Results After the individualized"four students"training was carried out,both the theoretical and practical assessment results were higher than those after the training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of personalized"four students"training,the evaluation of"four students"was better than before,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of personalized"four students"training in oncology is of great significance to the improvement of"four students"comprehensive quality and the development of medical work.
