摘要
"双轨合一"的培养模式,已经成为我国医学临床高层次人才培养的主要手段,通过肿瘤学专业学位研究生与住院医师规范化培训并轨实践,从制度保障、师资能力提升、培训形式多样化、教学与研究相互促进、培训过程监控等多个方面分析探讨,提出科学有效的肿瘤学专业学位研究生"双轨合一"培养模式。
The combined training model has become the main method of high level training in clinical medicine. Through practice of the combination of the education for postgraduate students with profes- sional degree in clinical oncology medicine and the standardized training for resident doctors, analysis from the aspects of the system guarantee, the improvement of teachers＇ ability, the diversification of the training form, the integration of teaching and research, the monitoring of the training process and so on, and proposed the scientific and effective training mode.
