摘要
目的探讨整体性护理管理模式在急诊科危重患者抢救中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月~2019年4月于郧阳区中医医院急诊科收治的92例急诊科危重病症的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分组,分别应用整体性护理管理模式(实验组)进行护理干预及常规护理干预方式(对照组)进行干预,比较护理效果。结果实验组抢救成功率显著高于对照组,实验组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,且实验组的护理质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊科危重症患者进行抢救的过程中,采用整体性护理管理模式进行干预,有利于提升护理质量,提升抢救的成功率。
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing management model in the rescue of critically ill patients in emergency department.Methods 92 patients with critical illness admitted to the emergency department of Yunyang District Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were included in the study.The patients were grouped equally according to the random number table method.The experimental group and the control group were given holistic nursing management model intervention and conventional nursing model intervention,respectively.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The study showed that the success rate of rescue in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The scores of nursing satisfaction and nursing quality of the experimental group was also significantly higher than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of rescuing critically ill patients in the emergency department,intervention with the holistic nursing management model is conducive to improving the quality of nursing care and the success rate of rescue.
