摘要
采用原位聚合的方法合成了系列云母/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)复合聚酯,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、差失扫描量热(DSC)及热失重(TG)等分析方法研究了材料的分散性、结晶性能、热稳定性及阻隔性能。结果表明:云母在PET基体中分散性良好,云母对PET结晶具有促进能力,复合聚酯热稳定性及阻隔性能优于纯PET。
A series of mica/polyethylene terephthalate(PET)composites were synthesized by in situ polymerization.The dispersibility,crystallization properties,thermal stability and barrier propertiesof the materials were studied by scanning electron microscopy,FT-IR,DSC and TG.The results showed that mica had good dispersibility in PET matrix,and could promote the crystallization of PET.The thermal stability and barrier property of composite PET were better than that of pure PET.
