摘要
利用改性纳米高岭土,采用原位聚合的方法合成了高岭土/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纳米复合材料(KPET),通过扫描电镜、FT-IR、TG等分析方法研究了材料的分散性,显微结构以及热稳定性,结果表明:纳米高岭土在PET基体中分散性好,高岭土在PET中的粒径最可几分布为0.2~0.5μm;高岭土通过改性剂与PET发生了键合作用;KPET的热稳定性优于PET,热稳定性与高岭土的分散性和高岭土的含量有关。
Poly(ethylene terephthalate)/kaolin nanocomposites were prepared by in situ polymerization method by use of modified Nano-kaolin. The dispersion, microstructure and thermal stability of the PET/kaolin were studied respectively with scanning electron microscope(SEM), infrared spectrometer(FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analyzer(TG). The results indicated that nano-kaolin could be dispersed with poly(ethylene terephthalate) and most probable distribution of particle size of modified kaolin was 0.2-0.51μm; and the treated kaolin could be bonded to PET by modifier; and thermal stability of the PET/kaolin was better than the PET and thermal stabili .ty of the PET/kaolin was related to both dispersion of kaolin and kaolin content of PET/kaolin.
