摘要
加压训练又称加压力量训练,在限制静脉血流的情况下,以较低的负荷强度,刺激肌肉的生长,改善肌肉功能的方法。通过对加压训练的起源、方法、机制及加压训练对人体机能的影响进行分析。研究发现:(1)加压训练较传统的大负荷抗阻训练可以更高的提高肌肉适应。(2)加压训练对于人体机能有很大的作用。(3)加压训练针对不同人群可以作为一种新型的训练手段。
Pressurized training,also known as pressurized strength training,stimulates muscle growth and improves muscle function with lower load intensity in the case of limiting venous blood flow.This paper analyzes the origin,methods,mechanisms and effects of compression training on human function.The study found that:(1)compression training can improve muscle adaptation more than traditional heavy-duty resistance training.(2)Pressurization training has a great effect on medical rehabilitation.(3)Pressurization training can be used as a new type of training for different groups of people.
