摘要
目的对微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的应用价值进行分析探讨。方法选取我院2017年9月至2019年9月诊治的42例胸腰椎骨折患者。以随机的方式将42例患者平均分成观察组与对照组,每组病患人数各21例。观察组对组内患者实施微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,对照组采用切开复位内固定技术对组内患者进行治疗,对比手术效果。结果观察组患者切口长度、手术用时、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院时间数据均低于/短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后1天与2个月后疼痛平方均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对该组治疗技术满意度情况高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后不良反应发生人数及总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过本次研究结果发现,相较于切开复位内固定技术,微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定技术治疗胸腰椎骨折其效果更为显著,手术用时更短,手术切口更小,减少患者手术出血量和引流量,使患者能够更快的康复,缩短患者住院时间,减少术后不良反应发生率,满足患者对手术质量与方式的需求,具有临床应用价值与推广价值。
Objective To analyze the value of minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods 42 cases of thoracolumbar fractures diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected.42 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 21 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation,and the patients in the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation technology to compare the surgical effect.Results The data of incision length,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative drainage volume and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower/shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the square of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the treatment technology than that in the control group The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the number and total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with open reduction and internal fixation technology,minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation technology is more effective in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.The operation time is shorter,the incision is smaller,the amount of bleeding and drainage is reduced,the patients can recover faster,the length of stay is shortened,and the incidence of adverse reactions is reduced,It has clinical application value and promotion value to meet the needs of patients for operation quality and methods.
