摘要
辽宁是东北重要的老工业基地,同时又位于东北亚的核心地区,毗邻韩国、日本,是中国东北边境对外开放的前沿.随着"一带一路"倡议的顺利实施,辽宁省对外贸易迎来了新的机遇,当前形势下辽宁省利用自身优势,突破困局,提升自身的对外开放水平尤为重要.辽宁当前应从各市间均衡发展、资本的"引进来"与"走出去"、良好的营商环境建设、现有资源的整合与创新等多方面探索东北亚区域合作融入对外开放新格局的对策.
Liaoning is an important old industrial base in the Northeast. At the same time, it is located in the core area of Northeast Asia. It is adjacent to South Korea and Japan and is the frontier area of the opening up of the Northeast China border. With the smooth implementation of the "One Belt and One Road" initiative, Liaoning Province has ushered in new opportunities for foreign trade. Under the current situation,it is particularly important for Liaoning Province to use its own advantages to break through the dilemma and upgrade its level of opening up. Liaoning should explore the countermeasures for the integration of regional cooperation in Northeast Asia into the new pattern of opening up to the outside world from the perspectives of balanced development among cities, "introduction" and "going out" of capital, good business environment construction, integration and innovation of existing resources and other aspects.
