摘要
通过对2006-2015年辽宁省来华留学教育发展趋势的考察,发现存在如下问题:生源主体来自周边国家,欧美留学生数量偏少;学习目的地选择单一,各校之间不均衡;学科选择过于集中,覆盖面不够广;学历生以本科为主,高层次学历生规模小;留学生占在校生比例低,高校国际化程度不高。我们建议:拓宽生源渠道,促进生源多元化;突出医学特色,加快一流学科建设;加强多元投入,扩大奖学金生规模;贴近学生需求,提供精准服务;面向"双一流"建设,全面推进来辽留学教育。
Based on the study of the changing trend of the international students in Liaoning Province in 2006--2015, this research finds the following problems, the choosing for study destination is single and the number of students among these universities is not balanced; subject selection is too concentrated and the coverage of majors is inadequate; the degree students of the international students are mainly undergraduate and high level education students is in small scale; the proportion that the international students accounted for the total number of students in school is relatively low and the degree of university internationalization is unsatisfactory. We channels of recruiting and achieving the put dive forward the countermeasures as follows： broadening rsification of the international students, outstanding the medical characteristics and accelerating the construction of first-class subjects, strengthening the multiple input and expanding the scale of the scholarship students, adapting to the demands of students and providing accurate service, taking“building World-Class Universities and Disciplines”as the target and promoting the international student education in Liaoning province comprehensively.
