摘要 为实现插补过程中算法简单,插补时间短,精度高且各轴脉冲分配均匀,通过改进数字积分直线插补器的结构以及各个累加器、寄存器预置的数据,研究了一种新型数字积分直线插补方法。使用新型数字积分直线插补方法插补直线时,插补循环次数不再是原来的,而是直线终点坐标的最大值,减少了插补循环次数;插补精度也相应的提高了;同时保证了直线终点坐标值最大值所在的坐标轴每次都有溢出,使得插补过程平稳;还使得插补轨迹能够准确的到达直线终点。 In order to achieve simple algorithm, short interpolation time, high precision and uniform distribution of pulses in each axis, the structure of the digital integral linear interpolator and the preset data of each accumulator and register are improved.A new digital integral linear interpolation method is studied. When the new digital integral linear interpolation method is used to interpolate the straight line, the number of interpolation cycles is no longer the original, but the maximum value of the line terminal coordinates, which reduces the number of interpolation cycles, and the interpolation accuracy is improved accordingly. At the same time, it ensures that the coordinate axis in which the maximum value of the linear terminal coordinate value is located has overflow every time, which makes the interpolation process smooth and the interpolation track accurate.
