量化Allen试验联合反向试验评估在经桡动脉冠状动脉造影术中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察量化Allen试验联合反向试验在经桡动脉冠状动脉造影术中的应用效果。方法将经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术的190例患者随机分为对照组(98例)和观察组(92例)。在经桡动脉冠状动脉造影术前对照组患者行量化Allen试验评估,观察组患者行量化Allen试验联合反向试验评估。结果观察组穿刺置管成功率(100.0%)高于对照组(94.9%),但差异无统计学意义(P=0.060)。结论经桡动脉冠状动脉造影术前通过量化Allen试验联合反向试验评估可提高穿刺置管成功率,但确切效果还待进一步验证。
