摘要
为提高服装企业生产效率,从影响服装厂流水线运行效率的3个主要因素(人员因素、工序因素及设备因素)入手,构建其对服装流水线运行效率影响程度的评价指标体系。采用层次分析法对矩阵进行综合分析,得出相异指标间的相对权重,对各因素对服装流水线运行效率的影响程度进行等级评价。采用正交试验进行实际应用验证,结果表明:在服装流水线的运行过程中,人员因素对企业生产效率的影响最为显著,设备因素的影响等级最小,工序因素的影响居于人员因素与设备因素之间。人员因素中,人员技能水平相对权重最大,是评价体系中影响等级最高的评价指标。
To improve the efficiency of clothing enterprises production, an evaluation index system influencing efficiency of clothing line operation was constructed from the three main factors, which was personnel, processes and equipment factors. The analytic hierarchy process was used for matrix analysis, the relative weights of different indexes were drawn, effect of various factors on the clothing line efficiency was evaluated and the application was verified by the orthogonal test. The results showed that in the garment assembly line, the influence of personnel factor on production efficiency was the most significant, the equipment factor was the least, and the process factor was medium. Among the personnel factors, the relative weight of the personnel skill level was the largest, which has the highest influence level in the evaluation system.
