摘要 近年来,新能源汽车产业迅速发展,新能源汽车产销逐渐形成规模。而作为重要配套系统的新能源汽车空调,也在技术上有所突破。现有的汽车空调因其能耗大、效率低而严重影响了车辆的续航里程。新型的热泵式空调系统和余热吸收式空调系统,有效地结合了车辆电池的热管理系统,利用动力电池的余热作为空调系统的动力源,并进一步优化空调在制冷和制热模式下的工作回路,提高了空调系统的效率,保证了新能源汽车的续航里程。为新能源汽车的推广和普及奠定了基础。 In recent years, the new energy automobile industry has been developing rapidly. The production and sales of new energy vehicles have gradually formed scale. As the important supporting systems, the new energy vehicle air-conditioning systems have also made some breakthroughs in technology. The existing automobile air-conditioning systems seriously affect the cruising range of the vehicles due to their high energy consumption and low efficiency. The new heat pump air-conditioning systems and the waste heat absorption air-conditioning systems effectively combine the thermal management systems of the vehicle battery, and utilize the waste heat of the power battery as the power source of the air-conditioning systems. And the new systems further optimize the working circuit in the cooling and heating modes. The new technology improved the efficiency of the air-conditioning systems and ensured the cruising range of new energy vehicles. It has laid the solid foundation for the promotion and popularization of new energy vehicles.
