摘要
为了优化家具的定制体验。分析了用户体验设计在家具定制行业的应用,调研了家具定制体验目前存在的问题,总结了用户在定制流程中的接触点,并思考从接触点出发,如何通过产品本身和服务来优化定制体验。提出产品架构优化、沟通工具的提供、更高效率的设计师工具这三个定制家具体验优化的途径。为用户体验设计介入家具定制以优化定制家具体验提供创新思路与优化途径。
In order to optimize the experience of furniture customization design.Analyze the application of user experience design in the furniture customization industry,investigated the current problems in the furniture customization experience,Summarizes the user’s touch point in the customization process,and think about how to optimize the customization experience through products itself and services from the touch point.Propose three ways to optimize the experience of furniture custom design:product architecture optimization,communication tools,and more efficient designer tools.Provide new ideas and optimization paths for user experience design intervene furniture customization to optimize the experience of custom furniture design.
