摘要
未成年人犯罪已经成为全球性的"社会痼疾",其犯罪行为是不良心理的外化体现。作为社区矫正对象心理矫正重要手段的心理干预对矫正未成年人犯罪心理、预防再次犯罪具有重要价值。大量研究表明,在社区环境中,针对未成年社区矫正对象的心理矫正通常建立在主观的信念和零散的经验之上,由于缺少矫正效果的相应证据,难以实现预期效果。有鉴于此,文章通过Meta分析产生的系统评价结论为未成年社区矫正对象的心理干预提供科学证据,并希望通过完善社区矫正法制建设,构建科学的心理评估与精准矫正机制、持续性干预的经费激励机制、多方社会力量协同的参与机制等未成年人犯罪心理矫正机制,将研究证据广泛应用和推广至社区矫正司法实践,提高未成年社区矫正对象心理矫正的科学性。
Juvenile delinquency has become a global"social chronic disease",and criminal behavior is the externalization of unhealthy psychology.As a main method of psychological correction,psychological intervention plays an important role in correcting juvenile delinquency and preventing secondary crimes.A large number of studies show that,community environment,aiming at the psychological intervention of juvenile community correction objects,is usually based on empirical facts and scattered subjective beliefs,which often lack of evidence about the correction,and can not be effective.This study provides scientific evidence for the psychological correction of juvenile community correction objects through a systematic review of Meta analysis,and hopes to promote the scientific nature of psychological correction and to spread the research evidence to the judicial practice of community correction through perfecting community correction legal system,and building scientific and accurate assessment of psychological correction mechanism,sustainable intervention fund incentive mechanism,and coordination of various social forces participation mechanism.
