摘要
作为非监禁刑的主要执行方式,社区矫正在预防未成年人再犯罪方面具有重要意义。然而,由于我国社区矫正制度建设滞后、矫正项目缺乏针对性,以及适用比例过低,导致现实中未成年人社区矫正效果欠佳。因此,应当采取完善制度、提高适用比例等措施来解决未成年人社区矫正中存在的问题,保证社区矫正在预防未成年人犯罪方面作用的发挥。
Community correction,a dominant executive mode of non- imprisonment penalty,is expected to be significant for juvenile delinquency prevention. However,in China,the community correction fails to achieve the expected effect,as a result of the relevant system lag,the lack of pertinence in correction sections and the low use rate of community correction. Thus,to ensure the role of community correction in preventing juvenile delinquency requires such effective measures as perfecting relevant systems and raising the use rate of community correction.
