摘要
我国新时代的社会主义核心价值观建设在快速发展的网络技术的推动下,迎来了全新的历史境遇。社会主义核心价值观认同建设不能仅止步于思想上的宣传教育,必须要以马克思主义为指导,高扬起主体的维度,把网民群体的需要和素养视为社会主义核心价值观认同的现实根基。通过进一步建立健全网络诉求表达机制、网络交流机制、网络怡情机制和网络政治参与机制,不断引导和满足网民主体对娱乐、公正平等和权利的多样化需要,提高网民处理网络信息、交往协作、审美和社会参与的素养,从而使广大网民形成合格的认同意愿与认同能力,达到自觉践行社会主义核心价值观的目的。
Under the spur of rapid development in web technology,the construction of a systematic weltanschaaung based on the a New Era Socialist Core Values is ushering new historical circumstances of epochal changes.The construction of such a system of values cannot be limited to the sphere of education and thought,instead,it must attain a new protagonistic dimension under the guidance of Marxism,by focusing on claiming the needs and education of netizens as a realistic foothold for introducing a process of collective identification in the Socialist Core Values.Furthermore,the creation of a series of new‘web systems’needs to be facilitated,namely,a system of expression of requests and systems of communication,entertainment and political participation.Netizens as subjects must be continually guided and their diversified needs met.These varied needs include entertainment,justice,equality and other rights.Enhancing the cultural level of netizens entails improvement of netizens’capabilities in processing web content,collaborating and enacting social intercourse on the web,and even their aesthetical discernment and abilities concerning social participation.Expediting the formation of adequate desire for identification and capability for identification in the Socialist Core Values within the‘netizenry’will be a crucial step in the path to obtain a conscious implementation of the goals embodied by the worldview.
