均等视域下的基础教育信息化城乡差距根源与改善策略 被引量:4

摘要 教育信息化已成为当前促进基础教育机会均等的重要手段和方式,更多的乡村学校得以共享优质教育资源,越来越多的乡村孩子有了接受信息化的权利和机会。由于城乡二元经济结构及乡村地区教育信息化理念陈旧、缺乏信息素养优良的教师队伍、教育信息化投入低于城市地区等因素的影响,城乡基础教育信息化呈现出教育过程、结果不均等的现象。需要采取加大乡村教育信息化投入、更新乡村教育信息化理念、加强乡村教师信息化培训等措施,缩小城乡间基础教育信息化的差距,提高城乡基础教育机会的均等程度。 The information of education becomes an important method and way to promote the equal opportunity of basic education.The information of education has made more rural schools can share high-quality educational resources,more and more rural children have the right and opportunity to accept the information.Due to the influence of the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas,the outdated concept of education informatization in rural areas,the lack of teachers with good information literacy,and the lower investment in education informatization than that in urban areas,the basic education informatization in urban and rural areas presents the phenomenon of unequal educational process and results.It is necessary to increase the input in rural education informatization,update the concept of rural education informatization,and strengthen the training of rural teachers informatization,so as to narrow the gap between urban and rural basic education informatization and improve the equality of basic education opportunities between urban and rural areas.
