摘要
在大数据时代,数据的合理运用和推动是电商平台能否吸引、留住消费者的重要环节。电子商务不能完全整合所有的信息内容,它的工作需要有一个具体指向和突破点,实现对消费者的个性化管理,制定个性化的策略,满足消费者个性化需求。在个性定制的发展模式下,电子商务要紧密结合消费者需求进行工作,产品的研发设计和生产等都要综合消费者的意见和需求,尽可能地将消费者的实际需求和平台产品与服务高度快速匹配。制定电子商务平台,可以通过社交网络的多样化渠道获取消费者的需求信息和评价信息,进而再通过云计算去分析消费者的真正需求。
In the context of big data,the proper use and development of data is crucial to attract and retain the consumers of e-commerce platform.As e-commerce cannot integrate all the information,more concrete and specific guidelines and breakthroughs should be made to exercise personalized management of consumers,formulate personalized strategy and meet consumers'personalized demands.Such customization mode requires e-commerce to be more closely inclusive of consumers'needs.The opinions and needs of consumers should be taken into account during the R&D process of products in order to quickly bring the platform products and services in line with the actual needs of consumers.Dependent on the diversified channels of social network,such e-commerce platform can gain easier access to the information related to the needs and evaluation of consumers and then analyzes their real needs through cloud-computing.
