摘要
热成型车门防撞杆的设计,是根据客户输入条件及目标要求,进行的产品结构和性能设计。然后客户对模型进行整车校核,直至冻结产品数据。产品制造过程进行工艺参数优化,并通过检测数据验证是否达到了设计目标。最后通过试验数据与设计数据相对比,找出差异点,为后续同类产品积累设计经验和生产经验,达到缩短开发周期和降低生产调试成本的目的。
The design of vehicle hot stamping door bar is designed about structure and performance,based on the input conditions and target requirements of customers.Then the customer checks the model and freezes the product data.The process parameters are optimized in the manufacturing process,and the design objectives are verified by the test data.Finally,by comparing the test data with the design data,we can find out the differences,accumulate design experience and production experience for the follow-up similar products,so as to shorten the development cycle and reduce production commissioning costs.
