摘要
近年来,贯穿式尾灯成为了汽车尾部造型的一种新风尚。贯穿灯长度在1.2m左右,相比传统尾灯其安装定位的设计更加复杂。本文介绍一款贯穿式尾灯固定方案的设计过程,通过力学模拟和公差分析初步评判了固定方案的合理性,并在PT件上完成了振动试验的验证。结果显示,该项目的固定方案是可靠的,两项力学模拟结果也具有参考价值。
In recent years, connected line rear lamp has become a fashion in automobile rear styling design.The length of the connected line rear lamp is about 1.2 meters, which is more complicated than the traditional rear lamp. This paper introduces the design process of the positioning and fixation scheme in a connected line rear lamp project. The rationality of the fixation scheme is initially judged by mechanical analysis and tolerance analysis, and the vibration test is verified on the PT part. The results show that the fixation scheme of the project is reliable, and the results of the two mechanical simulations also have the reference value.
