摘要
某车型在试生产过程中,经过多次装配验证,发现D柱饰板与侧围饰板之间存在间隙过大的问题。通过零件公差分配、零件定位分析、尺寸链校核以及使用三坐标和车身主检具分别对白车身及相关零件进行尺寸调查后,发现D柱饰板的定位方式存在问题。对D柱饰板的定位进行优化后,D柱饰板与侧围饰板间隙满足要求。结果表明,零件定位方式的正确与否对最终装配后车辆的外观美学有着重要的影响。
It is found that the gap between D pillar trim panel and side panel is too larger through assembling inspection in the process of production trial(PT). The positioning presents the problem through tolerance and fit, positioning analysis, dimension chain verification and body-in-white inspection by 3D coordinate measuring machine. The gap between D pillar trim panel and side panel meets the requirements through optimizing the positioning of D pillar trim panel. The results show that the positioning will affect vehicle appearance in the final assembling.
