摘要
汽车起步生产阶段,加油门盖板与侧件钣金外观缝隙匹配的问题对整车侧面外观美学匹配及客户精致感知有重要影响。文章采用尺寸链及公差分析的方法,验证了零件自由度限位对实际装配生产的影响。通过对零件设计基准状态、零件检具自检基准状态、实车装配基准状态的比较,发现零件定位方式及各工艺环节中定位基准的一致性,在整车外观匹配中具有关键性的影响作用。为后续类似问题的分析提供了借鉴思路。
In the initial production stage of automobile,the problem of appearance gap matching between refueling port cover and side sheet metal has an important impact on the aesthetic matching of vehicle side appearance and the exquisite perception of customers.This paper uses the method of dimension chain and tolerance analysis to verify the influence of freedom limit of parts on actual assembly production.Through the comparison of the part design datum state,the part inspection tool self一inspection datum state and the actual vehicle assembly datum state,it is found that the part positioning mode and the consistency of the positioning datum in each process link plays a key role in the appearance matching of the whole vehicle.It provides some reference ideas for the subsequent analysis of similar problems.
