摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定紫杉醇原料药中稀土元素铈的方法,方法准确、高效、灵敏。试样采用硝酸和高氯酸混合消解,在线加入元素铟为内标,测定试样溶液中铈的浓度,以外标法定量。铈的质量浓度在0~5μg/L范围内与离子强度线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9995,方法检出限为0.0002mg/kg。样品加标回收率为89.7%~98.1%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.9%(n=7)。该法操作简便,灵敏度高,适用于紫杉醇原料药中铈的测定。
A method for the determination of cerium in paclitaxel by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.The sample was dissolved by mixed nitric acid and perchloric acid system.The content of cerium was determined by on-line addition of indium as internal standard and quantified by external standard method.The mass concentration of cerium was linear with ion strength in the range of 0-5μg/L,and the correlation coefficients was 0.9995.The detection limits was 0.0002mg/kg.The recovery of the sample was 89.7%~98.1%.The relative standard deviations of the result was 1.9%(n=7).The method is simple and sensitive,it is suitable for the determination of cerium in paclitaxel.
