摘要
通过对ICP-MS工作参数及相关化学条件的优化,建立了ICP-MS测定铅基板栅合金中La,Ce的方法。样品采用HNO3溶解后,以H2SO4作为沉淀剂,基体中绝大部分的Pb生成PbSO4形式的沉淀,降低了Pb对测定的干扰,实现了ICP-MS测定铅基板栅合金中的La和Ce。La和Ce的检出限分别为0.07μg/L和0.13μg/L,加标回收率分别为92.5%和111.0%,RSD分别为0.6%和1.2%。对铅基板栅合金样品的分析结果表明,其精密度和准确度均满足痕量分析的要求。
Through the optimization of operating parameters of ICP-MS and related chemical conditions,a method for the determination of La and Ce in lead grid alloy by ICP-MS was established.The samples were dissolved in nitrate and precipitated with sulfate,which resulted in that most amounts of the lead were removed by precipitation and the interference to determination of La and Ce in lead grid alloys by ICP-MS was reduced.Detection limits of the method were 0.07 μg/L and 0.13 μg/L respectively.The recoveries were 92.5% and111.0% respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSD) were 0.6% and 1.2%,respectively.Using the method to analyze the lead alloys,the results show that the accuracy and precision of the method could meet requirement of trace analysis.
