摘要 建立GC-FID法测定白酒中甲醇含量的分析方法。待测样品混匀后采用DB-WAX毛细管色谱柱程序升温分离,选择氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)测定。在本试验条件下,甲醇分离效果良好,其保留时间为8. 116 min,线性方程为Y=0. 2931X-3. 0734,相关系数r值为0. 9998,回收率为100. 9%~104. 3%,RSD值为1. 3%~2. 6%,方法检出限为7. 5 mg/L。该方法快速、准确,适合白酒中甲醇含量的精确定量分析要求。 A method based on GC-FID was established to detect methanol in alcohol. After mixing sample,the methanol was separated on a DB-WAX column with temperature programming,and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. Methanol could be completely separated under this condition of GC-FID,its retention time was 8. 116 min,the linear equation was Y = 0. 2931 X-3. 0734,the correlation coefficient r value was 0. 9998,the recovery of the method were 100. 9 %-104. 3 %,the relative standard deviations were 1. 3 %-2. 6 %,and the detection limits of this method were 7. 5 mg/L. This method was rapid,accurate and it can be applied to detection of methanol in alcohol.
